CAPS understand that the installation isn't the end of our commitment to our customers. With this in mind, CAPS offer different levels of after sales service depending on the customers requirement.

CAPS offer complete refurbishments of existing battery rooms as well, so if you are looking for a new fleet, but don't want the expense of a new battery area, then CAPS will fully refurbish for you, given you a new looking battery area at a fraction of the cost.

Gold

Full maintenance package, covering parts and labour, maintaining the equipment through fair wear and tear. Any damage caused by misuse and abuse is chargeable.

Silver

Preventative Maintenance package, which cover services every 6 months. Replacement parts and work associated are at additional cost, as is any damage caused by misuse and abuse.

Bronze

12 month inspections - FOC. CAPS to revisit site and assess best practices within the battery area, identify any work that is required to bring the battery area back to specification and quote accordingly.
